Are you ready for some football? I'll make predictions differently this year by going through each division and starting with the NFC East. You may also notice in the title of this post that the divisions will have their creative names.
Cowboys: The Cowboys are the team with the best quarterback in this division. But the Cowboys lost a lot of talent in the offseason. You traded Amari Cooper because of the salary cap and then proceeded to sign a Michael Gallup coming off a torn ACL. Also, they picked Tyler Smith in the first round for reasons I can't explain. You should expect a regression of turnovers on defense. Players with 10+ interceptions in a season have averaged a decrease of 6.9 INTs the following season, and teams with 30+ takeaways had dropped by an average of 12.8 takeaways the following season.
Eagles: The A.J Brown trade was good, but what else did you do? You drafted a literal giant, and that's cool. This season will be on Jalen Hurt's shoulders. There is no question that the offense has weapons but Hurts will have to improve his passing game to have any success.
Giants: How long will Saquon Barkley and James Bradberry be here? Daniel Jones also needs to be better to have any chance. If Jones doesn't improve, then you have no chance.
Commanders: Dan Snyder... SELL THE TEAM. Chase Young is out for the start of the season. That being said, this team is looking to improve its defense from last year. But that won't be the main thing that needs to happen. Carson Wentz needs to be good. If he isn't, they will be bad.
The winner of this division could go to any of these teams. But remember, in this division, expect the unexpected. So by that logic, the winner will be the Eagles.
Thank me later for all of my commander's fans looking for a fantasy football team name.
From Wentz, you came
